Lauris Tam has over forty years of experience in architecture, interior design, and real estate investment and development. He has been the co-founder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Houston for over 20 years and was the founding board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. In 1997, as a field producer for CBS KHOU-TV, he produced an Emmy Award-winning video named “ Hong Kong: Under The Dragon". Later, he served as President of the Guangdong Association of Texas In 2009.
Lauris' wholly-owned architecture firm, Houston Office Interiors, Inc., was named in the nation's Top 200 Interior Design Firms for five consecutive years during the 1980s. He earned his Master of Urban Planning degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston.
