A transplant from Mississippi, Dan Goon has immersed himself into the Houston area communities for the past thirty years with his hands-on real estate knowledge and experience. Dan started his realtor career by joining Keller Williams Realty-Southwest in 2001-current. He served on Keller Williams’ Agent Leadership Council, Career Development Committee and Mentorship Program and received two prestigious Keller Williams Eagle Awards. As the past President of the Asian American Real Estate Association, Dan has also been Chairman of the HAR Fort Bend Networking and Political Affairs Advisory Leadership. He is presently the AAREA Program Chairman and Board Member. In supporting the local community, Dan serves as Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 18 in Sugar Land. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
After graduating from Champions School of Real Estate in 2005, as a Real Estate Agent, Diana Levine has served as a Realtor with Lege Properties, Exit Realty, Lone Star Realty and is currently with Joseph and Company. In 2006, Diana completed course studies as a Loan Officer from Champions School of Real Estate. By 2008, Diana successfully completed her studies as a Real Estate Broker from the same institute.
Diana has been an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtor, and the National Association of Realtors since 2005. Diana has been a member of the Asian American Real Estate Association (AAREA) since 2006. Diana has served the United States of American in the Branch of the Army and has retired with awards and merits. Among many awards and accomplishments, Diana is the proud recipient of the President’s Volunteer Call to Service Award and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award’s Level of Lifetime Achievement.
Amy Lee is a Senior Vice President at Cadence Bank. Amy is a Commercial Banker with extensive experience in Commercial and SBA lending as well as strategic planning and leadership development. She has nearly 30 years banking experience and spends most of her time building relationships with professional real estate developers and business owners, as well as serving the community.

Lauris Tam has more than forty years of combined experience in architecture, interior design, and real estate investment and development. He has been the co-founder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Houston for over 20 years and was the founding board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. In 1997, as a field producer for CBS KHOU-TV, he produced an Emmy Award winning video named “ Hong Kong: Under The Dragon". Later, he served as President of the Guangdong Association of Texas In 2009.
Lauris' wholly-owned architecture firm, Houston Office Interiors, Inc. was named in the Top 200 Interior Design Firms in the nation for five consecutive years during 1980s. He earned his Master of Urban Planning degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston.
Jackson Chang has been very active in the real estate industry for the past thirty-five years. A native Taiwanese, he is the President of Pan Jackson Company, specializing in commercial and residential construction and development.
He is well-known in the Asian and Taiwanese communities. As the past President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Houston Taipei Society, he is currently a Director of the Houston Taipei Society, Asian American Business Council, Asian American Real Estate Association, and Hermann Park Conservancy Advisory Board. Additionally, he serves as a Commissioner in the City of Houston Building and Standards Commission, Advisor in the City of Houston Mayor’s Anti-Gang Office-Juvenile Accountability Court Program, Houston Asian Community Crime Advisory Board and Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission (Taiwan).
Janet Chan is a native from Hong Kong, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Janet has been in title business for twelve years and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. She has been a proud member, Vice President, Treasurer and Membership Director of the Association throughout the twelve years of involvement. Since his immigration to the U.S. from Canada, Ben Ho has assumed an active real estate role in the Asian community. Having been raised and educated in Hong Kong, Ben is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. His negotiation and coordination skills are definite assets when working with investors from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Canada.
In 2006, he joined RE/MAX United and also became Vice-President of International Relations of the Houston Asian Junior Chamber of Commerce. He is a CCIM candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Ben is currently owner of Texas Midland Realty, co-founder of Houston Real Property, Director with Hong Kong Association of Houston and Asian American Real Estate Association. Thanh Luu Le was one of the youngest members when she joined the board of Asian American Real Estate Association in 2005. Besides, being an active member of AAREA, Thanh is also actively involved in Sunflower Mission and Vietnamese Culture and Science Association.
She has earned recognitions as Leadership Award and Officer of the Year form Houston Asian Jaycees (2005)Congressional Recognition for Outstanding Young Community Leader by Sheila Jackson Lee in Houston (2004),Outstanding Volunteer of the Year (2004 & 2003) at JPM Chase, Outstanding APA of the Year (2004) at the Organization of Chinese Americans, NAVASA Outstanding Young Community Leader Award recipient (2004) at the NAVASA banquet, Outstanding Member of the Year (2003) at the Vietnamese Culture and Science Association, and Leadership Scholarship from YMCA International to join a work camp to build a school in the rural area in Dong Thap Muoi, Viet Nam (2000).
Thanh graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor degree in Management Information System, and Regis University with a Master degree in Marketing and Management. Thanh is currently a Managing Director of Crown ID Solutions.
